Job SummaryMonitor the Building Automation System (BAS) which controls all mechanical systems including continuous monitoring of AHU control parameters, VAV boxes, equipment scheduling and operations. Analyses BAS control system performance and monitors system for errors and performance improvement. Responsible for the overall status of multiple parameters to keep in compliance with CMS Standards. Monitor OR temp. and humidity, isolation rooms, critical and noncritical environment, chilled water, medical air and vacuum, Air Handlers, Generator annunciators and communicate to management and document.
