Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Pediatric PMHNP at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full-time day's opportunity.

Qualifications
Qualified applicants will be certified by ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Must be a licensed as an Autonomous Practice APRN in the State of Florida, have/can obtain a DEA license, and able to get credentialed with major insurance panels. Follows hospital policies for providing medical care, records/documentation, standards of care, patient and community relations, and regulatory compliance.
Will provide on call coverage for consult/inpatient service 6 weekends/year.
Experience and Skills
APRN: 2+ years Pediatric (required), Inpatient/ED experience preferred
Experience providing services to patients with severe mental illnesses and well as crisis intervention
Must possess a full range of clinical skills and an interest in working with an innovative group practice
Expertise is evaluating appropriate level of care and treating patient in the least restrictive environment
License and Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License
Licensed Autonomous Practice APRN
As an APRN, you will be responsible for:
Provide medical and psychiatric care in an outpatient setting.
