Psychologists providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive:
- $148,344 – $182,172 – Licensed
- $125,676 – $150,396 – Pre-Licensed

Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the State of California has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing out at a 7% annual bonus by year 7.
