We're looking for a Nurse Navigator to join our Clinical Oncology team!

St. Luke's Cancer Institute (SLCI) is a dynamic full-service outpatient hematology/oncology treatment center offering chemo/bio/and radiation therapies. For advanced, compassionate care for cancer and blood disorders, patients and their families have trusted St. Luke's Cancer Institute for more than 50 years. Today we are a network of five cancer centers dedicated to state-of-the-art treatment close to home; patient-centered care and support; cutting-edge research; and community prevention, education, and early detection initiatives.

What you can expect from this role

The Nurse Navigator is a new role on our team. We are searching for a dynamic, oncology experienced, individual looking to be a partner in expanding our navigation program.

• Assess barriers to oncology care and offers support, coordination, guidance and education for patients and families with a new diagnosis of cancer
• Work closely with our providers, primary RNs, and scheduling team
• Focus on navigating patients with solid tumor diagnosis
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0800-1630
• No nights, weekends, or St. Luke's observed holidays
• Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance eligible for new hires!
• Certification pay (ex. OCN)

Minimum qualifications for this role

• Education: Nursing Degree
• Experience: Two (2) + years' RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Preferred: Oncology experience and/or OCN certification
