Patient Registrar
SUMMARY: Patient Registrar for Outpatient Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Clinic Hours are Monday - Friday, 6:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. No weekends, no holidays Summary Under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation and Supervisor of Physical Therapy in the Outpatient Department. Schedules and registers outpatient therapy patients, answers phone, supports referrals and setting up new appointments and follow up visits. Works with our front office team, insurance team and clinical staff team to provide a welcoming patient experience through their therapy care needs. EXPERIENCE: General office experience/education required. Computer experience required. Prior registration experience preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Typing/keyboarding skills required.
