ChristianaCare Lead APC, Inpatient Care TeamChristianaCare is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to co-lead our APC Inpatient Care Team! The selected candidate will work with APC leadership to provide administrative support to the APC inpatient care team as well as clinical management to patients in inpatient and observation setting. This is a full-time position with rotating day, evening, and weekend coverage with protected administrative time.LEAD DUTIES:Oversight and management of day-to-day clinical activities including but not limited to APC schedule and staffing, conflict resolution and clinical support.Collaborate with physician and APC leaders regardin
