Position SummaryThe Level IV neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) utilizes a patient and family centered approach to provide compassionate and high-quality care for newborns and infants facing complex health challenges. The NICU cares for neonates from the youngest gestations to post-mature infants. Phoenix Children’s has an expert team of neonatologists, pediatric specialists, sub-specialists, and dedicated NICU nurses all extensively experienced in managing the most critical newborn cases, including medical and surgical management. Clinical leadership is available on both days and nights to provide ongoing support.
