Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Current PA state Medical License or ability to obtain a PA state Medical License
Experience managing an optometric vision therapy program or treating patients in a setting that offers vision therapy preferred. On-site training will be provided to support the right candidate.
FCOVD or FNORA certification, or commensurate training a plus.
