Job Summary
SHIFT: Monday - Friday , 6:30am - 3:00pm
Your main role as an Operating Room Specialist RN is to follow nursing guidelines for coordinated health care. Assess patients, identify health problems, develop personalized care plans, and monitor responses.To guide patients safely, understand their needs and the healthcare setting. Prevent complications and delays for patients.
What You'll Do
Prioritize needs of patients and families to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
Evaluate nursing practices systematically. Participate in initiatives to improve quality and performance.
You'll have an integral role in protecting the rights of patients and their families and representing their concerns.
You educate patients, families, and healthcare staff about health practices and treatments to promote understanding in the community.
You'll operate in a collaborative spirit, teaming up with colleagues and the community to provide comprehensive care.
Using strategic problem-solving skills, you will address issues for patients, their families, and the healthcare staff.

Thorough knowledge of nursing values and patient-care standards.
Familiarity with legal regulations and standards set by accreditation bodies.
Clear communication abilities, both verbal and written.
