SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Take heart! The Nyes Road Suite D ? Children?s Heart Group is seeking a Medical Office Associate to join its ranks! This team functions as a multi-disciplinary office, handling Pediatric Cardiology, General Pediatrics, and Pediatric Weight Management that attends to 70-75 patients per day. Making a pivotal impact in the lives of the future generations of our community ? the Medical Office Associate (MOA) will be expected to complete a weekday schedule.
Working as a Medical Office Associate, you will be expected to handle the following responsibilities: checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, cash collection and end-of-day cash reconciliation, and follow-up scheduling. Certain administrative duties such as managing inbound and outbound calls as well as monitoring the E-message pool will be expected of the MOA.
Ideally, the Medical Office Associate will be patient-focused with strong communication skills. Teamwork will play a big part in the success of this position as well as flexibility in handling various responsibilities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High School Diploma or equivalent required
