The role you’ll contribute:
The Facilities Campus Coordinator has more than one role or function.The primary role is to support, assist, and coordinate the needs of the Facilities department at specified location(s) including but not limited to Hospitals, Emergency Departments, Surgery Centers, MOBs, Clinics, and others.Daily responsibilities include handling communication through all established channels, responding to service calls, processing invoices for repair and maintenance, and maintain accurate records.Acting as a primary point of contact both internally and externally, this individual composes and prepares all forms of correspondence with suppliers/vendors and staff, develops scope of work and quotes from contractors, and issues purchase orders for services and equipment at the request of facilities department personnel.

·Supports, assists, and coordinates the needs of the Facilities department with daily responsibilities such as handling communication through all established channels, coordinating service calls, processing invoices for repair and maintenance, and maintain accurate records
·Performs assigned corrective and preventive maintenance work on all equipment on a specific schedule.
·Will be available for repair on equipment as needed during the evenings, holidays and weekends.
·Will serve in rotational call schedule to assure that shop needs are met.
·Work orders are routed to appropriate craft/shop for follow-up.
·Selects and uses materials and equipment appropriately for each job.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
·High School Diploma or Equivalent
·2 to 5 Years of Position-Related Experience
·Valid Driver’s License
