Summary:
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of executive-level talent across various functions within the organization. This role coordinates the executive candidate flow and is responsible for candidate pipeline and relationship development. This role establishes and expands the Health System?s employment brand through a high level of customer service for all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process and will insure an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment/Sourcing: Administer the entire recruitment lifecycle for executive roles, from initial candidate identification and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Conduct in-depth interviews, including behavioral, skills-based, and case-based assessments, to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. Develop and present candidate slates to hiring managers, providing insightful recommendations and guidance. Leverage a variety of channels including direct sourcing, networking, online platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards), industry events, and professional associations. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through research, networking, and industry insights. Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry and with executive-level talent. Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain open and consistent communication with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged. Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Candidate Liaison: Work with Executive Recruitment Specialist to manage the complex candidate interview process. Provide a high level of customer service to key stakeholders involved in the recruitment process including candidates, physician leaders and system executives. Continuously monitor and assist in improvement of the candidate experience. Provides timely updates to all constituencies.
3. Candidate Outreach: Work with strategic sourcing and outreach team to develop and maintain advertising for provider or executive recruitment efforts. Actively utilizes social media to present culture and organization brand to potential candidates. Develops and implements blast email campaigns. Identifies and targets candidates through existing network/database, job postings, social media, job fairs, and networking events. Engages with candidates to bring them into the recruiting process, builds and maintains relationships.
4. Recruitment Communication: Develops and maintains recruiting materials, job postings, electronic communication, brochures, mailings, etc. Assists in high level recruitment for vacancies by coordinating job postings and evaluating ROI and candidate quality. Update candidate tracking system and lead project management efforts for team.

Other information: Education Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree required. A degree in Human Resources, Marketing/Communications or related field is preferred. Licensure/Certification Requirements: ? No licensure or certification required. ? Recruitment Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) preferred. ? Certified Internet Recruiter Certified (CIR) preferred. Professional Experience Requirements: ? Five (5) years of relevant professional recruitment experience. Previous executive recruitment experience is preferred. Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: ? Professional knowledge of passive sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiting and Sourcing.
