Job DescriptionRoutine grounds tours include assessing the condition of grass, flower beds, exterior entrances, and exterior walks and drives. Seasonal responsibilities include lawn care, flower planting, weeding and feeding coordination, mulching, tree shaping, bushes, and edging. During the winter season, participate in severe weather activities effort snow and ice removal and maintenance. Tours to include routine cleaning of exterior entrances, trash receptacles, and parking lots. Maintains all grounds equipment to assure reliable and appropriate operation. Assists in development of operating and capital budgets. Required to support maintenance staff in the facilities when not working in the exterior. These tasks
