The mission of the Caregiver Support Program (CSP) is to promote health and well-being of family caregivers who care for our Nation's Veterans through education, resources, support, and services. The Social Worker (Clinical Assessor) is assigned to the CSP to work independently with multiple VA healthcare services and community agencies, leaders, and organizations; primarily responsible for assessing a Veteran's functional needs and personal care services.
