JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Sr Director, DHIP - New Markets to be responsible for driving execution of strategic expansion of the organization's footprint into new and emerging markets. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, the ability to identify high-potential markets, and expertise in executing go-to-market strategies for novel healthcare products or services. The Director will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and external partners to deliver scalable and sustainable growth in new markets.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution & Operational Oversight:
Oversee the execution of go-to-market plans for new healthcare initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Coordinate market entry processes, including regulatory compliance, partner negotiations, and local market adaptation.
Ensure all execution milestones are met on time, within budget, and with optimal resource allocation.
Relationship Building & Partnership Management:
Establish and maintain key relationships with strategic partners, government bodies, and other stakeholders in target markets.
Identify and cultivate partnerships with local healthcare providers, distributors, and other influencers to drive market penetration.
Manage external vendors and collaborators to ensure successful project implementation and growth.
Financial Performance & KPIs:
Set clear performance goals and track key metrics to measure the success of market expansion efforts.
Drive revenue growth in novel markets by managing pricing strategies, sales channels, and profitability.
Prepare and present regular market analysis and growth projections to senior leadership.
Innovation & Trends:
Stay abreast of global healthcare trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes that could impact market opportunities.
Drive innovative thinking to ensure DHIP remains competitive and positioned for long-term success in new markets.
Lead the development and launch of new products or services tailored to emerging market needs.
JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Work requires organizational, analytical and communication skills acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program in a business or healthcare-related field.
A master's degree in a business or healthcare-related field is strongly preferred.
Six years of experience in healthcare or other applicable experience directly related to the department is required.
JOB HOURS
The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
