Nurse Practitioner - Per Diem- Emergency Dept - West Valley Medical Center
DescriptionThe NP functions in an interdependent role by implementing the appropriate Standardized Procedures (SPs). By using the SPs the NP is able to evaluate patients and establish treatment in accordance with the CA Nursing Practice Act, subsection(b) of Section 2725.  The NP will provide emergency medical screening examinations and treatment according to departmental and hospital policies, coordinate the care of patients, provide patient/family education, and make appropriate referrals for safe continuity of care.  The NP must promptly document services rendered in the medical record.  This is a per diem role.Salary : $93.94/hourly
