Overview St. Luke's Health System is seeking a full time Advanced Practitioner to join their highly collegial and patient focused Nephrology Team in Twin Falls, Idaho. The selected individual will be working alongside two physicians, Monday through Friday with a varying schedule. Our Nephrology team offers a full spectrum of nephrologic care for people facing kidney issues such as kidney injury, kidney stones, electrolyte abnormalities, chronic kidney disease, and end-stage renal disease. We also care for patients pre- and post-kidney transplant and manage the treatment of patients with hypertension.
