Receives incoming phone calls for clinic appointments from patients, nursing staff, and physicians. Responsible for the complete and accurate processing of appointment scheduling, pre-registration, eligibility screening, insurance verification, pre-authorization, and financial counseling. Responsible for the scheduling, updating, and canceling of patient clinic appointments.
