PRIMARY FUNCTION:To collect, sort, distribute mail and packages in a timely fashion according to set procedure and utilize postal equipment to apply appropriate postage.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive and process incoming and outgoing U.S. mail and packages and Interoffice mail and packages.Complete lookup and return mail processes via Workday, Outlook, Medical Dental Staff or other software applications.Prepare and deliver mail and packages to hospital departments and mail stops.Pick up outgoing mail and packages for delivery to hospital locations and post office.
