Pharmacy Resident
Job Summary: Under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist preceptor, the PGY-1 pharmacy resident provides drug information and assists prescribers in providing optimal pharmaceutical care for patients. Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care through participation in multidisciplinary team rounds and collaborates with physicians in establishing drug criteria for the safe, economical and appropriate use of medications.
