Sterile Processing Team Lead
Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:Functions as a Sterile Processing technician and provides general oversight of Sterile Processing department team members for departmental processes related to the following: Receives, decontaminates and processes instrumentation and equipment used in the hospital and various outside agencies, as well as the documentation of those processes. Supports System and Nursing Strategic Plans, Relationship-Based Care, and Shared Leadership.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:Assists manager and coordinator in determining work priorities for the shift and assures that all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner by directing efficient workflow
