About the opportunity:This position is responsible for day to day operations and Baristas tasks. The Supervisor creates an experience for our customers and staff by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. What you will do: Uses Starbucks operational tools including Automated Labor Scheduling, Monthly Status Report, Quarterly Business Review, cash management and inventory management to assist with store managementOversee scheduling and daily work activities of BaristasAssists with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as neededManages workflow during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating efficientlyModels outstanding customer service and provides coaching as appropriateProvides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standardsEnforces safe food handling proceduresActs with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the organizationFollows the organization's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security to ensure the safety of all staff during each shiftRole models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational ValuesPerform other duties as assigned.
