Carle Health is a seeking a Family Medicine NP/PA to join our clinic in Monticello, Illinois.
Position Details Include:
- Typical schedule M-F / 8:00AM-5:00pm; one evening shift until 7pm on Monday or Wednesday. Some flexibility with schedule requirements.
- Family Medicine APP works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting.
- Possibility for in office procedures
- Broad scope of patients including mostly adults, roughly 10% peds
Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.
