The Administrative Assistant III (AA3) functions as both the ImageLibrarian Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator within the Radiology department.Key responsibilities include managing the Image Library, Onsite Scheduling, andhandling appointment logistics such as rescheduling and cancellations.Additionally, the AA3 is tasked with digitizing hardcopy images, processing CDuploads, and managing LILA's and ROI's, while also attending to phoneinquiries. This role demands maximum flexibility and multitasking abilities,coupled with the capacity to rotate to existing Radiology Areas as required foroptimal operational efficiency.
Salary Range: $28.23 - $40.44 Hourly
