They exemplify the professional standards set forth by the AmericanNurses Association (ANA), actively engaging in ethical considerations,educational endeavors, evidence-based practice, and research. Additionally,they champion quality improvement initiatives, demonstrate leadership prowess,foster collaboration among peers, evaluate professional practice, optimizeresource utilization, promote environmental health, and advocate for patientsas integral components of clinical nursing practice.
SalaryRange: $87.47 Hourly
- · BSN or MSN - required
- · Current California RN license - required
- · At least 3 years of recent ICU, Cath Lab,Emergency Department or Procedural experience - required
- · ACLS, BCLS and PALS from the American Red Crossor American Heart Association - required
- · Strong IV Skills - Strongly Preferred
- · Ability to develop and implement and evaluatepatient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staff
- · Ability to perform historical, physical andbehavioral patient assessments
- · Skill in implementing appropriate nursinginterventions on a consistent basis
- · Official Transcripts and/or original diplomafrom a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire
