As the Radiology Receptionist (Administrative Assistant III) you will work as Receptionist, ImageLibrarian Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator. You areresponsible for afull complement of Radiology front-end processes including Reception, ImageLibrary, Onsite Scheduling, rescheduling and canceling appointments.

·        Reception duties include the registration/arrival ofpatients; obtain clinical information pertinent to the scheduled exams; collectcash/insurance and authorization information.

·        Digital Librarian duties include digitization ofhardcopy images; create hardcopy and/or CDs of images; retrieve comparisonstudies; uploading cd's and processing LILA's, uploading and process outsideCD's, processing ROI's and answering phones.

·        Scheduling duties are as required for add-on,rescheduled, cancelled and follow-up appointments. 

The AA3 demonstrates maximum flexibility andmultitasking capabilities while possessing the ability to rotate to existingRadiology Areas.

Salary Range: $29.42 - $42.14 Hourly
