As akey team member of the Simms/Mann Center, you will provide comprehensivepsychosocial care to patients with cancer and their families, including casemanagement, needs assessment, and individual, group, and family counseling. Youwill support patient and family needs by providing referrals for economic,psychological, social, hospice, and home care. You will also:

• Chart all contacts in an electronic medical record.
• In collaboration, create and help facilitate workshops and supportgroups
• Update and screen the resource referral network; support with theaddition of resources on the website.
• Support program development
• Participate in the support and training of multidisciplinary teampsychology, social work as well as chaplain students and interns
• Administer screening tools to develop interventions.
• Orient patients and visitors to the Center's services
• Participate in program evaluation and determine the need for newservices.
