Salary range: $87.47 - $87.47 Hourly
We'reseeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:
- Currentvalid California RN license, required
- Graduateof an accredited school of nursing with a BSN or MSN degree, required.
- CurrentBLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association or American Red Crossrequired.
- Ifnot already obtained, either Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) or TraumaNursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is required within 6 months of startdate.
- Oneyear of direct RN-based patient care in an Emergency Department setting required.
- OfficialTranscripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must beprovided upon hire.
- Clinicalskills include patient assessment, IV start, knowledge of medications, IVinfusions and airway management.
- Abilityto provide appropriate care for high acuity patients such as stroke, STEMI,trauma, psych, and pediatric populations.
- Skillin implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis.
- Abilityto perform historical, physical and behavioral patient assessments.
- Abilityto develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plan actively involvingpatients, family, and staff.
