Job Summary:

Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHN) is looking for a Board Certified/Eligible Neurologist to join our growing and innovative department. The candidate would be integral to the further expansion the rapidly growing inpatient and outpatient tele-neurology services, including a tele-stroke program for the Hudson Valley and Western Connecticut. Helicopter and mobile ICUs are part of the current comprehensive transport services. The candidate would be involved in providing tele-neurology clinical care nights and weekends. There would be an opportunity to be involved in teaching, research, and programmatic development at WMCHealth and NYMC. The candidate would be an integral member of the WMC Department of Neurology which is undergoing tremendous growth. The candidate would have clinical responsibilities at night and on the weekends and may also have the opportunity to develop clinical, research and educational expertise and build a program to focus on their subspecialty interest. A part-time position is possible. Work from home outside of New York is possible as well. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in working from home and still being part of an academic department.
