Medical Technician - Phlebotomy
The Medical Technician - Phlebotomy serves in the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Services at the John D Dingell Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Detroit, MI. These positions provide phlebotomy support for both in- and outpatients at the VA and patients at the Clinics, Domicile, and in-patient Nursing home facility. The incumbents perform a variety of functions including accessioning specimens into computer system; collets, evaluates and processes patients specimens.
