The ERP Supply Chain team provides 24/7 support for all domestic hospitals and clinics across CHRISTUS Health. An advanced understanding of ERP systems and their related third-party business applications is critical to the success of the team. This includes an in-depth understanding of ERP functionality, design, and workflow as related to the needs of all direct, and indirect, Supply Chain functions.
The ERP Analyst works in a collaborative, in-person, team environment, possessing an understanding of how ERP solutions align with business needs and processes within Supply Chain, ideally within healthcare. Critical to the role is providing support on implementation and maintenance of the ERP system, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and recognizing opportunities to refine existing processes, maximizing the functionality of the ERP. The ability to articulate and share ideas, needs, and concepts with varying levels of the organization, providing a high level of customer service and with an attention to time sensitive needs is a must, recognizing and managing competing priorities at times between support and implementation.

The ERP Analyst is responsible for advancing Supply Chain functionality and operational efficiency throughout the CHRISTUS Health ERP system. This entails:
Advising and assisting customers in the operation and administration of the ERP system.
Collaborating and building proactive, positive relations with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that consistency within defined processes is maintained; enhancing work methodologies; helping determine best practices; and working efficiently.
Applying current industry and product knowledge for the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation within the ERP, as well as 3rd party integrated solutions.
Effective communication for the benefit of the team, internal customers, and business partners.
Determine priorities as appropriate to manage a diverse set of tasks with minimal guidance.
Document business requirements to align functionality and design with process and policy.
Ability to work with aggressive timelines in a team environment with a desire to learn and grow.
Maintain system integrity with the review and testing of system updates, communicating with impacted teams as appropriate.
Ensure ERP Supply Chain training guides are updated to coincide with system updates.
Document issues and resolutions for future reference; help create and maintain FAQ.
Provide friendly, courteous, and polite customer service ensuring resolution has been achieved.
Engage with business partners to resolve issues for support as required.
Monitor system error queues, coordinating resolution when appropriate.
Identify and troubleshoot ERP challenges with the ability to differentiate between user and system errors.
Assist with education and training as necessitated based on current needs as identified.
Support resource to the ERP Analyst, providing guidance and assistance as required.
Lead analyst to coordinate onboarding activities, inclusive of build, support, and education related to go-live preparation.
Provide occasional on-call support outside of standard working hours.
Must have problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Must be highly fluent in the use of Microsoft Office products, Excel primarily.
Must have demonstrated ability to organize, and prioritize, varying projects and requirements to meet multiple deadlines.
Must be driven to succeed with a desire to help others.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of personnel in a large organization.
Responsibilities will be modified as determined by leadership and/or business requirements, maintaining flexibility to adapt.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
In lieu of a degree, 4 plus years of experience in Supply Chain or ERP support will be considered
1 – 3 years of Supply Chain or ERP experience required.
Experience with Supply Chain, preference given if also within healthcare.
Knowledge of the functionality of an ERP solution.
Experienced in the use and navigation of an ERP solution, preference given to Infor FSM.
