The role you’ll contribute:
Assists technologists and provides support for the imaging department.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Assists technologists in positioning patients for radiology procedures
- Follows radiation/magnetic field safety procedures and guidelines
- Informs patient of their destination.
- Communicates with requesting department of any delays and cancellations
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills for age-specific factors necessary to effectively treat and care for patients of all ages (neonate/infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatrics)
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum qualifications:
- High School Education or equivalent
- Preferred qualifications:
- Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience
- One year of technical experience
