NYC Based private practice and Cochlear Implant Center seeking 4 fourth year Audiology residents for the 2025-2026 Academic Year.  Our well known externship program provides mentoring as you gain invaluable experience in diagnostic audiology, hearing aids and cochlear implants. Graduates from our program have gone on to work in private practice, ENT offices, hospitals and schools. 

You will encounter a nice variety of audiological experiences including

• Complete audiological evaluations
• Hearing aid selection and fittings
• Cochlear implant evaluations, mapping, and troubleshooting
• Auditory rehabilitation
• Real ear measurements
• Tinnitus evaluations and treatment
• Musician product selection
• Ear mold impressions

You will become Lyric certified, developing competency in product sizing, fitting and all follow up care including cerumen management. You will also receive product training with representatives from every hearing aid manufacturer within two weeks of your start date. 

This 4th year position offers a stipend, commute reimbursement for mass transit, 10 personal days and federal holidays off.
