The Digital Health Product Manager / Strategist II will provide leadership, administration, and management of the activities and resources for a variety of digital products that range in size and impact within the organization. The Product Manager / Strategist II will engage in market research to inform product strategy and ensures that these products are completed within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Works and advises across multiple departmental verticals/teams
Stay up to date on latest consumer technology and trends, demonstrate a point of view on experience and interface design and ensure that the customer voice is present throughout the product cycle
Identifies problems/opportunities from a Digital Innovation perspective
Assist in developing vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and results-oriented
Conducts market research to identify user need for new products
Gathers, distills, and synthesizes business requirements and translate effectively into product requirements and technical specifications
Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
Run and Participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
Manage cross-functional teams in business, product, design, clinical, operations
Develops and distributes communication plans
Assists in management of scope, cost, schedule and quality of large-scale, complex and strategic products
Effectively identifies and resolves issues and risk, communicating out when necessary
Works with client team to implement change management processes
Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and establish necessary enhancements
Establishes external relationships with other thought leaders in Digital Health
Provides operational assistance for the digital team.
Informs leadership and stakeholders of key activities and makes progress reports summarizing project status, risks and required actions and timelines.
Maintains and ensures accuracy of project documents and reports
Partner with Digital Team leadership to assist with strategy, where needed

Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products

Working knowledge of business management best practices
Familiarity with common business software, project management programs and IT systems
Able to develop and present detailed, actionable proposals and plans

Ability to work across healthcare verticals: including Value-Based Care, Operation Efficiency and Consumerization
