An established practice seeks a Family Medicine Provider. This provider will be a community pillar, treating patients and their families and contributing to a healthy town. Details of this Practice:
- Outpatient Primary Care, no inpatient responsibility or call requirements
- Replacement position: Inherit a full patient panel and an established referral pattern
- Clinic Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, Friday 8am-Noon. Closed daily for lunch 12-1pm.
- Solid support from tenured MA and clerk
- Located on the main hospital campus, convenient to ancillary services and amenities
- Interested in hospitalist shifts? Shifts available to maintain skills and continuity of care (with additional pay) for interested providers

EDU LOANS? Qualify for the OK Health Care Workforce Training Commission and the Public Service Loan Forgiveness programs!

Compensation:
- Signing bonus and relocation bonus
- Salary deemed competitive by MGMA, plus an uncapped productivity bonus
