Position Summary
The Client Support Liaison is responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding, partnering, and training of clients on integration, EMR, and billing functions, operations, interfacing, and related systems to assist in maintaining a high performing team and support ongoing business objectives and goals.
Participates in ongoing system upgrades; creates, documents, and implements training courses; evaluates root cause of errors to reduce controllable adjustments, and makes recommendations for innovative efficiencies within EMR/Billing and corresponding operations. Works closely with Business Development, Finance, and IT. They will be interfacing with both internal and external clients.
Essential Functions
Accurately and promptly responds to client inquires related to EMR and Billing issues.
Effectively onboards new client accounts related to necessary processes and protocols to assure streamlined EMR and Billing practices.Â
Periodic reviews of EMR and Billing issues and enact plans on how to counteract any concerns.
Makes recommendations to improve workflow necessary to support appropriate EMR and Billing interfacing.
Supports Client Services dept with EMR and Billing questions/concerns.
Serves as NWCL EMR and Billing experts and bridge communications with outsourced LIS/Billing providers (SCC/Xifin).
Attends client meetings, to support business development or address customers' concerns.
Keeps up with lab EMR/Billing best practices and works to ensure such practices are being followed.
Requirements
High School degree/(GED)
3-5 yearâs experience in laboratory/physician/hospital LIS/EMR
Experience with EMR/LIS in a clinic setting preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $62,005.00 - $89,211.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicantâs years of experience align.
