DescriptionThe Homeless Healthcare Collaborative Senior LVN is an integral part of the Homeless Healthcare Collaborative (HHC) mobile clinic team. The LVN will be working with a clinical team to provide medical care to people experiencing homelessness throughout Los Angeles directly in the community. Our teams provide care on the streets, in encampments, at interim housing sites, and more.
