BJC HealthCare is seeking a Full-Time Lead Patient Service Rep (PSR) at our Medical Arts Clinic Multispecialty Office (1103 W Liberty Street, Farmington MO 63640).
Position Details:
- Shift Day Hours: Monday - Friday (8am – 5pm)
- Role is supporting 17 front desk PSR’s
- Training and mentoring the staff
- Acting as a go-to expert for questions related to insurance, registration, and workflows

Role Purpose
The Lead Patient Service Representative acts as a subject matter expert on all front office activity & procedures and directs the patient flow process at the physician office. This position maintains a strong knowledge of and trains new and/or junior level team members on work processes. This position also serves as the primary point of contact in the absence of the supervisor, as well as a point of escalation on complex work situations.
