Coordinator Property Management
SUMMARY: Reporting to the Vice President of Facilities and Support Services, the Coordinator, Property Management is responsible for managing daily operations of assigned properties owned by North Kansas City Hospital. Tasks include establishment and maintenance of tenant relationships, enforcing leases, maintaining property integrity, coordination of repairs and maintenance of facilities, and presenting the properties in a positive manner to the community. EXPERIENCE: 5 years in a property management role. SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong verbal and written communication skills. OTHER: Enhanced negotiation abilities. Proficient in computer programs applicable to the organization and the job description. Ability to work with minimal supervision. EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Related Field
