We are seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions.
This position will require the candidate to float to 4 facilities located in: Tyler, TX Nacogdoches. TX Longview, TX Lufkin, TX
Primary Responsibilities:
- Distribute drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
- Provide information to customers about medications and their use.
- Strong focus on providing a superior level of customer service.
- Log data into the computer.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
- Administration of immunizations as allowed by state boards of pharmacy.
- Travel up to 50%
- Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties.

Required Qualifications:
- BS Pharmacy or Pharm D
- Current pharmacist’s license in the state of Texas
- Valid Drivers License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Immunizer
