The Dayton VAMC is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Community Living Center (CLC), Lincoln Estates. In this position, you will deliver care to clients while developing technical skills. This RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on age-specific components. Assume responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
