Registered Nurse - Post-Baccalaureate RN Residency Program Coordinator
The goal of the Post Baccalaureate Registered Nurse Residency (PBRNR) Program is to transition newly graduated RNs in their first professional role. The coordinator provides support to the PBRNR Director with this yearlong residency program. Under the direction of the Director, the coordinator, will work with instructors/facilitators, nurse managers, nurse educators, and preceptors on program development, implementation, progress, and evaluation, formulating actions for improvement when needed. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
