Strong leadership of this independent system provides you the opportunity to build your practice as you like while working with a collegial group dedicated to patient care. Physician-led organization with ownership track after two years allows your input to be heard.

The Opportunity:

100% outpatient practice with an established patient panel due to physician retirement.

Independent healthcare system with strong leadership, extensive specialties and a dedication to patient care and work/life balance.

Collaborative, collegial group allows for easy consultations and high-quality patient care.

Moderate 1:3 call with no hospital call and a 4 ½ day work week provide excellent work/life balance.

Compensation Details:

Guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus RVU production bonus with expected earnings to $290-$320K.

Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant wRVU bonus and total compensation MGMA 75th percentile or higher.

Executive level benefits with 100% paid health care for you and your family plus extraordinary employee retirement contribution to 30K+.
