A thriving practice of 3 OB/GYN's, 2 Midwives, and 1 WHNP are seeking an OB/GYN to join their team. This group deliveries out of a critical-access hospital that averages 720 deliveries per year, with one of the lowest C-section rates in the US. The high-risk cases are referred to nearby by Spokane.This is a lucrative opportunity with a Sign-on of $120K and a Base Salary of $340K with profit-sharing and call pay into the $400K range; all of the current OB's are making over $400K per year. This practice prioritizes work/life balance and the Midwives share in the call schedule. The Position: Level-III Trauma Center averages 720 deliveries per year and has one of the lowest C-section rates in the US Practice and share call alongside 3 OB/GYN's, 2 Midwives,
