Responds to calls for emergency medical services and provides patient care as directed and/or determined necessary. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Paramedic performs a variety of duties to assist the nursing staff and physician in rendering patient care. Also responsible for assisting with nursing station duties including administrative and customer-service related tasks.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent or GED Required
Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications: X Basic Life Support (BLS) X Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Preferred (ACLS) X Pediatric Advanced Life
Georgia State or National Registry Paramedic Certification Required Minimum Work Experience Minimum of 2 years Paramedic experience preferred.
