This practice feels independent, but has the resources of a larger health system - allowing you to stay focused on patient care!
The Position:

M-F with protected admin time

Academic environment with Faculty Appointment if desired

Work alongside 2 other Urologists; 2 APPs

One full day of OR / 5-7 cases per day; Robotics

Manageable patient volumes

Subspecialties welcome

Comp / Benefits:

Guaranteed 1st year salary, with unlimited wRVU based compensation for subsequent years; Proven earnings over $700K

Full suite of benefits to include lifestyle spending account, 100% STD, malpractice and tail; impressive retirement contributions

More than 40 days off per year and up to 7K for CME
