Practice the way you've always wanted to in an autonomous setting that offers turnkey volume from the start.

Organization/Practice Details:
  • Independent physician group - You choose schedule, template, patient panel, and more
  • 3 or 4-Day work week offered
  • Outpatient only; No call or inpatient consults required
  • Current Rheumatologist sees anywhere between 12-20 patients per day - Booking over 3 months out
  • On-site infusion center
  • Built-in referral base with nearly 20 primary care providers

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary guarantee in the $320K range with the ability to transition into production model after year 1 or 2
  • $80K Sign-On Bonus with $20K education allowance, relocation, insurance, 401k, and more in a comprehensive benefits package
  • Shareholder status offered after year 1 - annual incentive bonus of group's gross production for the year

  • Located in beautiful Southern Minnesota and ranked in the Top 2% of all cities for safety within the state
  • Public school system rated 2nd in the state for college preparation
