Strategic Sourcing Specialist - Contracting and Sourcing
UAB Medicine’s Supply Chain supports many departments and service areas across our organization. Our purchasing team performs essential duties, and is responsible for the procurement of supplies and equipment for the clinical enterprise. The strategic sourcing specialist’s primary responsibility is to negotiate supply agreements for UAB Medicine and to assist with the sourcing of products. Ideal candidates are process-driven, detail-oriented, and have strategic sourcing experience for a hospital or health system. This position will be mostly remote with equipment and hardware provided.
