Summary:
As a member of the Marketing Technology team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator, Data Quality supports UNC Health?s "digital front door" by partnering with various teams across the organization to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information about providers, locations, and services. This consumer- and patient-facing data powers UNC Health?s websites and Find a Doctor/Find a Location search tools, and feeds third-party listings platforms such as Google, Apple, and WebMD. In addition to routine data stewardship, the Digital Marketing Coordinator, Data Quality participates in expanding and governing MarTech?s tagging taxonomy, refining metadata practices in the team?s Digital Asset Management/Content Management System, enhancing search tool functionality, and supporting the growth of UNC Health?s system-wide Master Data Management program.
Responsibilities:
? Build strong working relationships with technical, clinical, and business SMEs.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and expand tagging of conditions, treatments, and procedures in provider and location profiles.
? Actively contribute to improving MarTech?s data framework and related business processes.
? Ensure data meets quality standards.
? Support the successful operation of MarTech?s digital platforms.
Desired Skills/Capabilities:
? Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
? Background or interest in user experience for healthcare consumers.
? Prior experience using structured data in CMS/DAM, enterprise search, metadata management, or similar systems.
? Demonstrated use of precise, audience-appropriate language.
? High comfort level working with medical terminology, including specialties, conditions, and procedures.
? General knowledge of business practices in the healthcare industry.
? Strong ability to synthesize information and creatively develop solutions.
? Desire to flexibly and respectfully collaborate in a diverse organization.

Other information: Education Requirements: ? Bachelor's Degree required. Licensure/Certification Requirements: Professional Experience Requirements: ? Three or more years of related experience is preferred. Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: ? Must demonstrate excellent written & oral communication skills and a strong understanding of web strategy & design principles. Experience with internet user behavior, web technology, social media marketing, analytics, and web functionality is preferred. Must possess excellent organization, multi-tasking and strategic-thinking skills. Flexibility, good judgment, high energy and attention to detail are essential. Must work as a team player in a fast-paced, creative environment.
