OB hospitalist opportunity in Greater Washington DMV - Maryland area
Responsibilities
As a result of rapid growth, we are seeking OB/GYN hospitalists to join our practice at White Oak Adventist Hospital in Silver Spring Maryland.
Responsibilities include evaluation and emergency management of patients in the OB-ED and L&D, attending deliveries, assisting in the care of the patients of community OBs, and assisting in surgical procedures
8-OB hospitalist model, including GYN coverage
Collaborate with dedicated teams of two providers 24/7 Monday â“ Weekends 2 providers in house 7AM to 7PM, with one provider 7PM to 7AM on Monday we would have 1 provider in-house and 1 provider out of house.
Experience working with midwives a plus
The DMV metropolitan area has a lot to offer: the finest restaurants, national theater, historic sites, excellent schools and national sports teams. Outdoor lovers will enjoy abundant bike trails, plus easy access to the ocean, the mountains and some of the best regional and state parks in the country. Commuting into Washington is simple with several mass transit lines leading into the district, and residents can travel to any part of the world using one of three international airports.
